from 14 september, for the duration of a year, brussels'
quartier louise will be home to the latest large-scale,
wooden sculpture by belgian artist arne quinze. the
dynamic structure will be 18 meters tall and supported
by 12 meter high wooden stilts and aims to attract
brussels inhabitants and visitors to the outskirts of the
city.
